University staff are able to request hardware and software they require from IT Services. Staff should fill out and submit the relevant order form listed below. Once an order has been placed, it can be tracked using IT Self Service.
To order products which are not listed or to discuss individual requirements, staff should contact the IT Service Desk.
We'll email you when your order has been delivered. If it's over ￡100, we'll also place an asset tag on it when it arrives. An asset tag is a sticker containing a barcode and number which we may need if you log a support call in future.
IT Services pay for most personal work equipment for Professional Services staff. Check to see if your order is part of our standard technology for staff purchased by IT Services.
