How can I view my timetable?

Your personal timetable can be viewed in MySaint only after you have enrolled on your course and have been allocated to your classes.

Why are my tutorial classes not showing in my personal timetable?

Only core teaching activities (a core activity is defined as a session where all students enrolled on the module are expected to attend, such as lectures) are displayed in your personal timetable. Some schools use MMS for tutorial sign up and others use alternative methods. Please contact the relevant school for further information regarding tutorials.

What should I do if I discover a clash in my timetable?

We make every effort to schedule the timetable for you to attend all of the core activities of your chosen modules. Unfortunately clashes sometimes occur from unplanned or late changes. If you identify a clash, please speak to your Adviser or School in the first instance.

What should I do if I wish to change module choices?

How can I book a room for a society event?

Please refer to the Student Society Room Booking Information Guide 2018/19 (PDF, 406 KB)‌for evening bookings after 6pm and weekends.

Please note that a minimum of three days notice is required for all Monday to Friday room bookings.
